1. How will Maraton Management increase my revenues?

 

With its professional, target-oriented domestic and international sales team;

Stand Space, advertisement, sponsorship, ticket, stand-package revenues will be increased.

With increasing member loyalty and new members, total subscription income will increase.

 

2. How will Maraton Management reduce my expenses?

 

Your event, marketing, media expenses will be less with joint purchasing power;

Your office expenses will be less with shared office options;

Your personnel expenses will decrease with Professional Management options.

 

3. Is Maraton Management a Trade Fair Organizer?

 

Maraton Management is not set to be a trade fair organizer. However; trade fair management on behalf of our client Associations is amongst our core competencies.

 

4. Who will have the Intellectual Rights of the fairs and events organized by Maraton Management?

 

Maraton organizes all fairs and events on behalf of the relevant sector.

The Intellectual Rights  of these fairs will be registered on behalf of the institutions representing the sector.

 

5. Will the buyer and visitor data of fairs and events be given to my Association?

 

Maraton will record the detailed data of participants and visitors of all events and submit it to the Sectoral Association after the event.

 

6. If I work with the Maraton Management, will my data and records be safe?

 

Maraton provides full assurance about the retention, confidentiality and protection of any data related to your association.

 

7. Do I have to buy all the services offered by  Maraton?

 

No. You can take advantage of all of the services offered by Maraton or only the individual services that you will choose according to your needs.

 

8. What is the process to be followed for working with the Maraton?

 

The cooperation process between Maraton Management and your Institution consists of 5 steps.

 

I. Preliminary assessment:

We start by getting to know your institution through an in depth study.

 

ii. Needs Analysis

We determine your priority needs by analyzing your strengths and weaknesses.

 

iii. Proposal

We prepare our offer for the most suitable solutions for your organization's needs.

 

iv. Contract

We sign a contract that defines our mutual rights and obligations.

 

v. We are starting to fulfill your mission

 

9. What are the costs of the services provided by the Maraton Management?

 

Depending on the type of service to be received from Maraton: fixed price or performance based variable options are available for pricing.

 

10. Can I terminate my service contract at any time?

 

Contracts between Maraton Management and Sectoral Institutions are valid for a pre-agreed term and can be unilaterally terminated at the end of the period. Conditions of termination before its term will also be included in the contract to be signed.
